Haltwhistle Jubilee Football Club
Code of Conduct
Haltwhistle Jubilee Football Club members and players will always conduct themselves on and
around
the pitch by:
Playing the game in the right spirit and fairly
Accepting those match officials make decisions honestly and we shall avoid confronting and criticising them
Never abusing a match official, player or spectator based on:
Appearance
Race
Religion
Gender
Sexuality
And understanding that such abuse could lead to dismissal from the field, suspension and possible police action
Never physically assault a match official, player or spectator and understand that doing so could result in dismissal from the field, suspension and possible police action.
To always win, lose or draw with dignity and to be prepared to shake hands with match officials, opposition players and officials at full-time. Haltwhistle Jubilee Football Club members and players understand that a failure to follow this code of conduct could result in:
Being cautioned, sin-binned or sent off by match officials depending on the nature of the offence
Being asked to apologise to whomever I criticised or offended
Being disciplined by Haltwhistle Jubilee Football Club, which may include
Substituted
Dropped
Given formal warning
Suspension from training/matches
Being disciplined by the Northumberland Football Association, which may include being fined or suspended depending upon the nature of the offence
Being permanently excluded by the Northumberland Football Association, where the offence is determined as serious enough
