Haltwhistle Jubilee Football Club

Vision Statement

Over the next ten years, the club desires to drive forward a development plan to set up and expand an all-gender junior football program in Haltwhistle. This will be best achieved in a planned and progressive manner. The club will seek to work with as many partners as possible to best see Junior football's future secured in the locality. The club will begin a consultation process with the County Council and other stakeholders to progress this vision.

The club is totally committed to the development of junior football in the town and community of Haltwhistle. We are delighted that in a short space of time, we have progressed to having 8 junior sides. These play in the Tynedale Mini Soccer League and the Northumberland Football League.

For the first team, our ambition is to retain our current position in the Premier League of the Northern Alliance and to establish a second adult team to act as a development side.

We are pleased with the completion of the re-development scheme which has taken place at the Burn Field. This was achieved in conjunction with Haltwhistle Swimming and Leisure Centre (Managed by Maxine Wilson), the local Town Council (Chaired by Allan Sharpe), with support from Haltwhistle Councilor Ian Hutchinson and local MP Guy Opperman. We have agreed to provide all of the maintenance and upkeep of the village green, for the benefit of the whole community. We will continue to develop and upkeep the village green for the benefit of the whole community.
